exness.net.za ON-site registrations have an additional $50 on-site processing fee which is already included in the above rates, except when registering for special events, tours or meals.

Special Events & Extra Ticket Rates

Requests for cancellations will be honored, less $75 per person processing fee, if cancellation is received in writing before June 1, 2013. Written requests postmarked between June 2 and June 30, 2013 will receive a 50% refund, less $50 per person processing fee. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows". All substitutions must be made in writing prior to July 26, 2013, or a $50 fee will be assessed to transfer registration onsite. SORRY, but absolutely NO refunds will be given for cancellations after June 30, 2013.

All cancellations must be sent in writing to California Resource Recovery Association, 915 L Street, Suite C-216, Sacramento, CA 95814. Cancellations will be processed four to six weeks after August 14, 2012. After July 26, 2013, all substitutions must be made at the CRRA on-site registration desk and are subject to availability and a mandatory $50 transfer fee, payable onsite.

Additionally, if you have selected the "Check" or "Pay at Event" option, you will be required to make the payment prior to showing up at the conference, or else you will be asked to provide a check or personal credit card at the time of registration. All registrations after 7/26 paid by credit card will be pre-registered for the event; all those wishing to pay by check after 7/26 may register and pay onsite; after 7/26, there is no pre-registration with check payment.

Non-advance payment of registration fees does not void the cancellation policy. All registrations not canceled and not paid will be due regardless of attendance.
